QUẢNG NGÃI — The Standing Board of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Party Committee held a conference on September 3 to study and disseminate key directives and resolutions of the Politburo and resolutions of the Provincial Party Committee for the 2025–2030 term.
The conference connected 117 locations across the province, with more than 12,300 delegates in attendance.
The event was chaired by U Huấn, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyễn Đức Tuy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; and Nguyễn Đức Tâm, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.
The conference focused on a number of important Politburo directives and resolutions, including those concerning the effective operation of the two-tier local government model, Party discipline, political and civic education, grassroots democracy and the role of mass organizations.
Participants also studied Resolution No. 06-NQ/TW on implementing the Party’s foreign policy orientations, along with provincial resolutions on key areas of development.
These include the development of key industries, sustainable tourism, urban development, commodity-based and sustainable agriculture, the marine economy and sustainable forestry.
The resolutions also set orientations for rural development, poverty reduction and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, U Huấn, delivers the concluding remarks at the conference.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary U Huấn said the resolutions and directives covered key areas of Party building, the political system, socio-economic development, national defence and security, and improvement of people's living standards.
He emphasized that the documents provide important long-term strategic orientations and a basis for Party organizations, authorities, the Việt Nam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels to translate the policies into practical programmes and action plans.
He asked agencies, localities and organizations to review the objectives and orientations set by the Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee and develop specific, feasible implementation programmes and plans.
Each plan should clearly identify key tasks, solutions, responsibilities, deadlines and expected outcomes, while closely linking implementation with the province’s socio-economic development targets and tasks in national defence, security and Party building.
The conference is expected to help create greater consensus among Party members, officials and people across the province and provide a foundation for the effective implementation of major development orientations during the 2025–2030 period.
