The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee has issued Official Dispatch No. 2619/UBND-KGVX, directing stronger state management of labor subleasing.
The Department of Home Affairs, in coordination with relevant agencies, is tasked to oversee the licensing, supervision, and compliance of labor subleasing activities in line with the 2019 Labor Code and Decree No. 145/2020/ND-CP.
Efforts will focus on proper licensing procedures, raising awareness of legal regulations, and ensuring workers' and enterprises' rights and obligations are respected.
Authorities will enhance monitoring, inspection, and timely handling of violations, closely manage the list of permitted job categories, and coordinate with banks to update security deposit information.
Enterprises must strictly follow reporting requirements.
Additionally, information on licensed, renewed, extended, or revoked labor subleasing permits will be regularly updated on the provincial government portal.
The Department of Home Affairs will report the implementation status to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Provincial People's Committee every six months and annually.
