Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính on May 31 presided over the official launch of the National Legal Portal at https://phapluat.gov.vn.
At the Quảng Ngãi provincial site, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Võ Phiên and representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and localities attended the event.
The National Legal Portal serves as a comprehensive online legal platform, providing access to the full system of legal normative documents, updates on newly issued regulations, and legal guidance.
It is also designed to receive and process feedback and recommendations from citizens, businesses, and local authorities on legal documents.
The portal integrates key features, including public consultations on draft legal documents, AI-powered legal assistance, legal support for businesses, and direct connections to professional legal consulting services.
This digital ecosystem aims to enhance transparency, accessibility, and efficiency in legal affairs, better meeting the needs of citizens and enterprises in the digital era.
The system is connected to the Ministry of Justice’s existing legal information portals and databases, as well as those of legal service providers.
Notably, all feedback and legal inquiries submitted via the portal will be handled entirely online, ensuring timely, clear, and transparent responses.
