The Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee has issued Plan No. 09/KH-UBND to carry out the 2025 annual review of poor and near-poor households across the province, in line with the 2022–2025 multidimensional poverty standards.
The review aims to determine the number of poor and near-poor households by the end of 2025, providing a comprehensive assessment of poverty reduction results during 2021–2025.
It will accurately identify the remaining poverty rate, serving as a basis for proposing and formulating socio-economic development policies for the 2026–2030 period, tailored to each locality, region, and sector.
The review will cover households registered as poor or near-poor under commune-level management at the time of assessment, as well as households that submit a written request for review.
Eligible households include those with members sharing the same legal permanent or temporary residence.
The assessment will take place province-wide—at every village, hamlet, and neighborhood in all communes, wards, and special administrative areas—from September 1 to December 14, 2025.
