At the ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thi Quynh Van delivered a speech reviewing the glorious history of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and the Party's predecessors, and the country's achievements after more than 35 years of renovation under the Party's leadership.

Vietnam’s achievements over the past 95 years have been inseparable from the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, which was founded and fostered by President Ho Chi Minh. Under its guidance, Vietnam has produced significant accomplishments.
Under the Party’s leadership, Vietnam has experienced glorious eras with monumental historical milestones and its remarkable progress has been recognized globally.
From a nation once isolated and impoverished, Vietnam has established diplomatic relations with 194 countries, and strategic partnerships, comprehensive partnerships, and comprehensive strategic partnerships with 31 countries, including UN Security Council permanent members and G7 countries.
Vietnam has emerged as one of the world's 40 largest economies and among the top 20 in trade and foreign investment. People’s living conditions have improved considerably with a multidimensional poverty rate reduced to below 3 per cent. Vietnam has completed its Millennium Development Goals early.
Together with the whole country, over the past 95 years, the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Ngai province have always promoted the noble traditions, striving to gain many important achievements, making worthy contributions to the great cause of the Party and the nation.
Over the past 95 years, especially after more than 35 years of the province’s re-establishment, the Quang Ngai Party Committee has creatively applied the Party's guidelines to specific circumstances, overcoming difficulties and challenges, and achieving many important results in various fields.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that 2025 will mark many special events: the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South (1975-2025), the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (1945-2025), the 80th anniversary of the Ba To uprising (1945-2025), the 50th anniversary of the Quang Ngai’s liberation (1975-2025), the 60th anniversary of the Ba Gia victory, the 60th anniversary of the Van Tuong victory, etc.
At the ceremony, the provincial leaders inaugurated the Comprehensive Management Platform project. This is one of the six projects to welcome the 21st Provincial Party Congress and the 14th National Party Congress.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee also summarized and awarded the 2nd Quang Ngai Provincial Party Building Journalism Award 2024.
