The opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year at Vietnam - Korea College - Quang Ngai

On October 23, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan attended the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year at Vietnam - Korea College - Quang Ngai.

In the 2023-2024 school year, the Vietnam - Korea College - Quang Ngai (the College)  united, unified, strived to compete and achieved many positive results.

The school has 72 classes, including 11 college-level classes and 61 intermediate-level classes, with 1,461 students. During the year, the school recognized the graduation of 407 students.

In addition, the College participated in the Provincial Vocational Education Teachers' Conference in 2024 and won one Second Prize, one Third Prize and three Encouragement Prizes.

The College focuses on vocational internships for students, organizes students to do production internships and final graduation internships at units and enterprises.

The College also focuses on job orientation for students, accompanies and supports students in finding jobs after graduation.

In the 2024-2025 school year, the College will enroll nearly 800 students.

The Vietnam - Korea College - Quang Ngai continues to improve the capacity of its teaching staff through training and development programs, access modern technology, and implement synchronous solutions in innovating teaching and learning methods, innovating testing and evaluation methods, perfecting the system of evidence for self-assessment of vocational education quality towards vocational education quality accreditation by 2025.

In addition, the College enhances digital transformation, applies technology in management and training activities, strengthens and expands cooperation with agencies, units and enterprises, and is ready to support, link training, supply high-quality trained labor resources for units.

Speaking at the ceremony, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan acknowledged and praised the achievements that the Vietnam - Korea - Quang Ngai College has achieved during the past time.

He hoped that the College would continue to unite, be creative, and innovate teaching methods to improve training capacity, and  focus on counseling and career orientation for students.

Students should try their best to practice and make every effort to achieve good results in their studies to have a solid foundation on the path to self-reliance and career after graduation.

On this occasion, the Vietnam-Korea-Quang Ngai College awarded 21 students with high achievements in the 2023-2024 school year.

Enterprises also donated funding to the School's Scholarship Fund.
