On the afternoon of October 9, the delegation of the Provincial National Assembly (NA) deputies, including Đinh Thị Phương Lan, Vice Chairwoman of the NA’s Ethnic Council, and Huỳnh Thị Ánh Sương, Deputy Head of the Delegation of the Provincial NA Deputies, met with voters in Đặng Thùy Trâm Commune ahead of the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Attending the meeting were Y Thị Bích Thọ, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi Province, Trần Phước Hiền, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and leaders of relevant provincial departments and localities.
At the meeting, the NA deputies briefed voters on the proposed agenda and key contents of the upcoming session, which will take place from October 20 to December 12, 2025.
The session is expected to consider and adopt a number of laws and resolutions, as well as review and decide on important socio-economic and state budget issues.
Voters in Đặng Thùy Trâm Commune raised a range of practical issues related to production and daily life, including the need to upgrade transport infrastructure, improve environmental protection, and maintain and adjust forest protection contracts to a minimum rate of VNĐ 750,000 per hectare per year for mountainous communes in Zone III.
They also proposed higher allowances for village-level officials.
Voters suggested that the province issue standards for digital transformation equipment at grassroots levels and include Bùi Hui grassland in the province’s tourism development plan for 2026–2030 to form a basis for attracting investment and boosting local socio-economic growth.

Speaking on behalf of the Delegation of the Provincial NA Deputies, Đinh Thị Phương Lan acknowledged and clarified several issues raised by voters.
She affirmed that all recommendations would be compiled and forwarded to the National Assembly, relevant ministries, and provincial authorities for review and resolution in accordance with their jurisdiction.
