Quảng Ngãi - August 19, simultaneous ceremonies were held at 80 locations across 34 provinces and cities to inaugurate and launch 250 key projects celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and Vietnam’s National Day (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025).
Leaders of the Party, the State, ministries, and localities attended the events.
In Quảng Ngãi, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyễn Văn Hiền, Deputy Minister of National Defense, together with provincial leaders and local people, attended the inauguration of Phước Lộc Bridge.
The bridge, with an investment of VNĐ 850 billion and a length of more than 2.5 km, connects key national and provincial routes, boosting regional connectivity and local socio-economic development.
Of the 250 projects, with a total investment of about VNĐ 1.28 quadrillion, 89 were inaugurated and 161 were newly launched.
They span multiple sectors, including transport, urban development, industry, housing, education, healthcare, culture, and agriculture.

He expressed his pride in Việt Nam’s new infrastructure landmarks, such as the North-South high-speed railway, metro systems in Hà Nội and Hồ Chí Minh City, and the HCMC Financial Center—symbols of the nation’s aspirations for growth and modernization.
