On January 10, Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee, Tran Phuoc Hien, and leaders of relevant departments and agencies visited businesses in the province to wish them a Happy New Year.
He congratulated Viettel Quang Ngai, VNPT Quang Ngai, and MobiFone Quang Ngai on their production and business results in 2024, which have contributed to the development of the province. He also thanked the units for their support in social security activities.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee directed telecommunications companies in the province to invest in digital infrastructure, economy, and society.
They should provide excellent services to residents and businesses.
Additionally, the Vice Chairman asked these companies to help the province research and implement digital solutions for government management to benefit the people and businesses.
The delegation also visited Quang Ngai Power Company and were pleased to hear that the unit had met its targets for 2024.
They committed to ensure safe and stable power supply in 2025 for the province's development and important events.
The Vice Chairman acknowledged the company's achievements and emphasized the need for the electricity sector to support industrial development in the coming years.
The delegation also visited Quang Ngai Agricultural Products and Foodstuff Joint Stock Company to acknowledge their support in overcoming cassava mosaic disease.
Hien requested them to continually support in developing high-yield cassava varieties.
Visiting Quang Ngai Petroleum One Member Co., Ltd. and PV Oil Central Petroleum Branch, Hien wished them success in their business plans for 2025 and a happy new year to all employees.
