Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People's Committee, Nguyễn Hoàng Giang, on July 9 chaired a conference to announce new personnel appointments for the Dung Quất Economic Zone and Quảng Ngãi Industrial Parks Authority.
Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Tạ Công Dũng, announced the decision to appoint Lương Kim Sơn—Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and former Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs Commission—to hold the position of Head of the Authority.
His appointment is for a five-year term from July 8, 2025, to July 8, 2030.
The conference also announced the appointment of eight Deputy Heads of the Authority: Trần Văn Mẫn, Hoàng Trung Thông, Huỳnh Quốc Trung, Đàm Minh Lễ, Lương Trọng Nguyên, Hà Hồng Duy, Thái Thanh Bình, Nguyễn Hải Trường.
Chairman Giang emphasized the crucial role of the Authority in attracting investment, driving industrial development, and boosting the province’s economic growth.
Strengthening the leadership team is essential to improving governance efficiency and meeting new development challenges.
Giang expressed his confidence that the new leadership team, with unity and dedication, will continue to innovate, actively support investors, and enhance the local business environment—contributing to sustainable development of Quảng Ngãi.
In his remarks, Lương Kim Sơn pledged to work closely with his team to fulfill their mission and meet the expectations of both the leadership and the business community.
