On June 11, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Trần Hoàng Tuấn, met with the Vietnam Television Center for the Central Highlands region (VTV8) and provincial departments and sectors on the organization of the art and political program "Color of forest leaves on the blue sea".

The Program is jointly implemented by the Border Guard Command, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Việt Nam Fatherland Front Committee of Quảng Ngãi province, and VTV8.
VTV8 is primarily responsible for the script, content, stage, sound, lighting, and live broadcast of the event.

According to a representative of VTV8, the Program is expected to take place at the end of June 2025, at Sa Huỳnh Fishing Port, Đức Phổ town, with three chapters, nine music and dance performances, five reportages, and social activities such as giving gifts to poor studious students and fishermen.
This is a program with strong political and artistic colors, praising the image of Border soldiers who guard the sea and sky of the Fatherland.
The program also aims to commemorate and pay tribute to generations of soldiers who sacrificed their youth for the peace of the People and the country.

Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Trần Hoàng Tuấn, requested the Provincial Border Guard Command, the Provincial Police and relevant departments, sectors and localities to promptly develop plans and closely coordinate with agencies and units to organize the Artistic Political Program "The color of forest leaves on the blue sea".
He also asked the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to review the content of the Program, report to the Provincial People's Committee, and submit to the competent authorities for consideration.
