The Steering Committee of Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee on Science, Technology, Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Project 06 has issued its 2025 Action Plan.
The plan aims to effectively implement national and provincial policies on science, technology, innovation, digital transformation, Project 06, and administrative reform.
It aligns with key resolutions from the Politburo, Government, and Provincial Party Committee, targeting socio-economic development goals for 2025 and the 2021–2025 period.
Key objectives include enhancing leadership and accountability at all levels, improving competitiveness, maintaining high rankings in administrative reform and business environment, and expanding public awareness of digital services and cybersecurity.
The Department of Science and Technology will coordinate innovation and digital transformation initiatives, while the Department of Home Affairs will oversee administrative reform.
The Provincial Police will manage the implementation of Project 06.
All departments and localities are responsible for executing their assigned tasks on schedule and ensuring quality and efficiency.
Local governments are also tasked with leading training, public outreach, digital literacy, and ensuring cybersecurity across communities and digital networks.
