In May 2025, the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Public Administration Service Center maintained stable and continuous operations in receiving and processing administrative procedures.
The Center received 16,571 applications, including 11,287 new submissions.
A total of 11,196 cases were resolved, with an on-time processing rate of 90.33 per cent.
Some sectors faced high late-resolution rates, such as judicial record requests (46.4 per cent) and land use change procedures, mainly due to sudden workload increases and regulatory challenges.
Notably, land-related applications nearly doubled compared to the previous month.
Online public services continued to expand, with 5,781 e-submissions (77.62 per cent) and an online payment rate of 74.96 per cent, totaling nearly 13.9 billion VND. This places Quảng Ngãi 13th out of 63 provinces and cities nationwide.
However, districts like Sơn Tịnh and Minh Long still show low online application rates.
The use of the national population database for data reuse showed positive results, especially at the commune level, with over 7,000 cases utilizing national data.
However, some agencies have yet fully attached administrative results to the system as required.
According to the National Public Service Portal, Quảng Ngãi scored 82.01 points, ranking 19th out of 63, classified as “Good.”
The province performed well in processing timeliness (91.43 per cent), data digitization (88.6 per cent), and citizen satisfaction (84.7 per cent).
However, several key indicators declined compared to earlier months, including the on-time resolution rate.
In the coming months, local agencies will focus on maintaining One-Stop-Shop services amid administrative restructuring, aiming to improve service quality and meet national and provincial reform targets—moving toward a transparent, efficient, and citizen-centered administration.
