Quảng Ngãi, June 18 - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Đinh Thị Hồng Minh, visited and extended congratulations to press agencies in Quảng Ngãi.
Joining the delegation were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trần Phước Hiền and representatives from the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Party Committee’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commissions, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the offices of the Provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee.
During her visit to Quảng Ngãi Newspaper, Minh praised the agency’s achievements in timely, truthful, and vivid reporting that closely follows Party guidelines and supports local governance.
She urged continued innovation in both content and form, and called on the newspaper to proactively coordinate with the Kon Tum Media Center regarding the planned merger.
She emphasized the vital role of revolutionary journalism in shaping public opinion and encouraging unity as the province implements key political tasks and administrative reforms, especially the restructuring of local government according to the two-tier model.
On behalf of the editorial team, Acting Editor-in-Chief Nguyễn Phú Đức expressed gratitude for the province’s support and reaffirmed the newspaper’s commitment to professional, modern journalism that positively impacts society.
At Nhan Dan (People) Newspaper Representative Office in Quang Ngai, Minh acknowledged the strong cooperation between the central media and provincial authorities.
She pledged continued support to ensure timely, accurate communication on key provincial issues.
Also visiting the Party’s Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commissions, she appreciated their strategic role in media direction and ideological work, urging further innovation and effective advisory efforts to help fulfill the province’s development goals.
