On July 27, marking the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 – July 27, 2026), Vice Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People's Committee Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm visited and presented gifts to policy beneficiary families and people who rendered meritorious service to the revolution in Minh Long and Sơn Hà communes.

During the visit, he presented gifts to war invalids and sick veterans Đinh Văn Ninh (Giữa Village), Đinh Văn Thành (Cà Xen Village), Thiều Thị Sao (Village 1) in Minh Long Commune, and Võ Tấn Công (Nước Tăm Village) and Đỗ Văn Sắc (Di Lăng Village) in Sơn Hà Commune.
Vice Chairman Nguyễn Ngọc Sâm warmly inquired about their health and living conditions while expressing profound gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions made by war invalids, sick veterans, families of fallen soldiers and other revolutionary contributors in the cause of national liberation, national construction and national defense.

He encouraged the families to continue upholding their revolutionary tradition and serving as role models for younger generations.
