On December 25, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Tran Phuoc Hien, chaired a meeting to evaluate and classify One Commune One Product (OCOP) with the potential to achieve 4 or5 stars by 2024.
At the meeting, the Council members discussed completing a dossier to advise the Provincial People’s Committee and the Central Council on evaluating and classifying OCOP products.
They focused on evaluating two 4-star products with potential for 5-star classification.
The Council members analyzed, evaluated, and agreed to submit the dossier for consideration.

The Council agreed to recommend upgrading the rating of three products from 3 stars to 4 stars.
Vice Chairman Tran Phuoc Hien highlighted the success of the One Commune One Product Program in the province, with all districts having OCOP products.
213 products achieved 3-4 stars, with 17 products achieving the top 4-star rating.
Many products are now being sold on e-commerce platforms, supermarkets, and OCOP stores across the country.
