On August 17, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trần Phước Hiền visited and encouraged the investor and the construction contractor, while reviewing the project’s progress and addressing difficulties in implementing the Commercial, Service and Leasing Center Project at No. 06 Nguyễn Thụy Street, Nghĩa Lộ Ward.

At the meeting, Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền highly appreciated the investor and the contractor’s efforts and requested relevant departments, agencies and local authorities to closely coordinate, promptly address difficulties and facilitate the project’s completion on schedule.

He asked the investor and the construction contractor to mobilize resources, accelerate construction and strictly ensure safety at and around the site. They must also proactively prepare plans for responding to storms and natural disasters, complete relevant procedures, and comply with fire prevention, firefighting and other safety regulations.
The Vice Chairman also requested the investor and relevant agencies to ensure proper drainage and traffic flow during construction.
Local authorities were asked to prepare measures to respond to flooding caused by heavy rain, storms and floods, ensuring safety for residents and traffic in the area.
The project, invested by Sài Gòn - Quảng Ngãi Beer JSC, covers more than 7,800 sq.m, with a total floor area of over 10,200 sq.m, including entertainment, shopping, dining and other commercial services. Construction started in May 2026 and is currently underway.
