The Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee has directed departments, agencies, project management boards and localities to urgently implement tasks, accelerate public investment disbursement, resolve compensation and site clearance issues, and ensure project progress.

The Western Quảng Ngãi Investment Project Management Board must review all projects under its management, set monthly progress and disbursement targets, regularly inspect and urge implementation, promptly resolve obstacles and coordinate site clearance. Delays and difficulties beyond its authority must be reported immediately to the competent authorities for resolution .
For key projects, the province has set deadlines for completing site clearance, approving project adjustments and accelerating construction. These include the Kon Tum Provincial People’s Committee Headquarters Project; Provincial Road 671; the Ia Chim tourism wharf bridge and its approach roads; the Western Main Road of Kon Tum; the access road to Bridge No. 03 over the Đăk Bla River; and Trường Chinh Road.
The Department of Finance will closely monitor project progress and disbursement and propose reallocating capital from slow-moving projects to those capable of immediate disbursement.
The Departments of Education and Training, Agriculture and Environment, and Construction are assigned specific tasks to accelerate procurement, complete land-related policies, and strengthen supervision of project progress, quality and safety.
Commune and ward People’s Committees in the western part of the province must directly take responsibility for compensation, resettlement and site handover.
State Treasury Region XV will facilitate payment procedures, while the Provincial People’s Committee Office will monitor deadlines and report delays and responsibilities for prompt action.
Heads of relevant agencies and local authorities must take full responsibility for assigned tasks, ensure timely implementation, and avoid evading or shifting responsibility.
