In addition, Quang Ngai's total retail sales and consumer service revenue are estimated to reach more than VND 77,000 billion, up 8% compared to 2023, exceeding 0.8% of the plan.
The results come from the contribution of more than 400 export enterprises in the area, along with active and effective support from the province's functional sectors.
In 2024, the Industry and Trade sector actively and effectively implements the trade promotion program, supports enterprises, cooperatives, production establishments, and business households to participate in the e-commerce models, helping enterprises in the province connect with partners with large trade systems at home and abroad.
In 2025, the total retail sales of consumer goods and services are expected to reach over VND83,000 billion, export turnover at USD2.74 billion.
To achieve the set goal in 2025, Quang Ngai will continue to effectively implement Resolution No. 14/2022/NQ-HDND dated July 7, 2022 on regulations on the content and level of financial support for market development activities, building and promoting product brands for foreign trade development.
The province will also expand the market for goods consumption and build a database system to serve trade promotion activities.
The province will create favorable conditions for new projects specializing in manufacturing export products to come into operation soon, such as Messer - Quang Ngai Industrial Gas Factory, Jaydee Quang Ngai Furniture Factory, Z-Wovens Quang Ngai Fabric Factory, and Hui Feng Quang Ngai New Technical Material Sports Goods Factory, contributing to increasing export turnover.
