Quảng Ngãi, June 13 - Vice Chairman of the Quảng Ngãi Provincial People’s Committee, Trần Phước Hiền, chaired a meeting to address challenges related to two investment projects: the Lý Sơn Cultural Heritage Tourism Complex and the Trà Bồng Riverbank Residential Area.
Anh Thu Investment and Development JSC’s representative presents the project status at the meeting
The Lý Sơn Cultural Heritage Tourism Complex, located in Lý Sơn District and developed by Anh Thu Investment and Development JSC, covers 3.12 hectares with a total investment of over VNĐ 90 billion.
After receiving investment approval, the company coordinated with Lý Sơn District authorities on land clearance and submitted a request to transfer agricultural land use rights.
However, due to adjustments in the overall master plan for the Dung Quất Economic Zone through 2045, legal procedures had to be temporarily suspended.
After review, the project's location was found consistent with approved plans.
The investor requested to resume legal procedures related to land to begin project implementation.
Vice Chairman Hiền agreed to allow the company to proceed with land use right transfers from local households, providing a legal basis to continue required administrative steps.
He instructed relevant departments to support the investor in completing legal procedures and asked the company to follow the committed schedule.
Investor of Trà Bồng Riverbank Residential Area project reports the project progress
Regarding the Trà Bồng Riverbank Residential Area in Bình Sơn District, the project was approved with a total area of over 30.28 hectares.
The investor — a consortium between Phú Đại Phát Construction & Trading Co., Ltd. and 501 Investment & Construction JSC — has completed over 95 per cent of the work on the allocated land.
The consortium requested an adjustment to the land allocation decision to align with the updated 1/500 detailed plan approved by Bình Sơn District, which is needed to finalize land pricing and fulfill financial obligations.
Vice Chairman Hiền emphasized that the province supports investors in resolving obstacles, but all actions must comply with legal regulations.
He assigned Bình Sơn District authorities to urgently prepare the necessary documentation for provincial review, pending central government guidance.
