On August 20, the Provincial People’s Committee held a launching ceremony for the online contest “Understanding Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo.”

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Trần Phước Hiền said the contest has important political and practical significance, aiming to widely disseminate and deepen understanding of the key contents of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, raise public awareness and responsibility, and build consensus to translate the Resolution into practice and promote the province’s development.

The Resolution identifies science, technology, innovation and digital transformation as key drivers of rapid, sustainable and breakthrough development. In Quảng Ngãi, its implementation has produced positive results, with more than 98 per cent of administrative dossiers processed electronically, over 73.7 per cent submitted online, nearly 81 per cent of administrative results digitized and nearly 80 per cent of data reused.
The province’s “Digital Literacy for All” movement has attracted more than 1.6 million participations, with over 411,000 learners. More than 1,400 community digital technology teams, comprising over 17,000 members, have been established to help residents access and use digital technologies.
Vice Chairman Trần Phước Hiền called on cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces, youth union members and residents to actively participate in the contest and promote digital skills, online public services, cashless payments and cybersecurity awareness.

Delegates attend the event
The contest runs from 8:00 a.m. on August 20 to 5:00 p.m. on September 8, 2026. Each contestant has three attempts, with 30 questions to be answered within 20 minutes per attempt. Participants can register and take the test at timhieunq57.quangngai.gov.vn.
The Organizing Committee plans to hold the award ceremony before October 15, 2026, with 11 individual prizes and 7 collective prizes.
